Successfully delivered the 3-year strategy and sponsorship plan for the Write Around the Murray (WAM) festival. Collaborated closely with the WAM team to enhance the festival's offerings, including literary dinners and workshops. Over the past decade, WAM has experienced significant growth, attributed to the strong support from the local literary community, Albury City Council, and Destination NSW. The festival, held in September, has become a prominent event, attracting attendees from both local and distant regions.

Stage One: Thorough Membership Review.
Conducted a detailed assessment of Echuca Moama Tourism's membership and structure. The review included surveys, workshops, and one-on-one meetings which informed a comprehensive report capturing membership sentiment, research of similar successful membership models and a comparative analysis.
Stage Two: Crafted a Clear Membership Prospectus
Crafted a clear Membership Policy and Prospectus detailing the value of being a member, and describing the various services offered through different membership levels.

Successfully executed a Strategic Planning project aimed at championing the interests of Victoria's fruit growing industry by addressing pivotal issues and opportunities for their members and stakeholders. Conducted a thorough review of members and key stakeholders using surveys, workshops, and direct engagements to gather insights from their diverse community. The outcome was a 3 year Strategy Plan and 1 Year Operational Plan that together have lead the organisation from strength to strength.

Collaborated with the Albury Entertainment Centre (AEC) to develop their 2023-2025 Business Plan. This strategic document outlines the vision and goals for the next 18 months, particularly in light of the impending venue redevelopment. As a pivotal cultural and tourism asset owned by the public, the AEC significantly influences the economic and social landscape of the city, hosting an annual attendance of up to 100,000 individuals and catering to a rapidly expanding regional population of 195,000.
