Then try this simple exercise.
List all the things that you need to look after in your life.
For example:
- Health
- Money
- Relationships.
- Business
Once you have listed everything, then list what is working and what is not working.
Take a look at what is not working and either stop doing it or commit to change. Then look at what is working and list any possibilities so you can work on areas that have future potential.
Once you remove what is not working in your business and life, you will have the time to work on what matters, and what matters is going to give you the best results.
